Personal information is handled by an authorized company representative. The staff is segregated by security levels and does not allow financial information to be sent to unauthorized personnel or those in charge of other areas than those designated. Clients are served individually.

The documentation is retained in our offices for (1) one year and then is completely destroyed putting it through the shredder system.
